Brian Boland Audiophotography, Production, All Right Now For Brian Boland the madness began at William Patterson College where he studied audio engineering, and was attempting to break into the business. He acquired an internship at Greene Street Recording in Soho in NYC, eventually moving up to an assistant position and was overwhelmed by the possibilities of what could be created in the studio. The only rule was that there are no rules! As an assistant engineer at Greene St. and The Cutting Room, also in NYC, he had the pleasure of working with many artists and producers (Mobb Deep, Mike Mangini/Digable Planet, Puff Daddy) covering every genre of music. Since holding an engineering job in New York is about as easy as winning the lottery, Brian began freelancing as an engineer and producer for smaller independent projects. This led him to the path of creating a sound that is reflective of what the project requires, and what the artist wants…like taking a picture of the vibe that is created by the musicians.
